Day 1 : ARRIVE TRIVANDRUM - KOVALAM
On arrival at the airport you are transferred to Kovalam where you check in at an Ayurvedic Resort. Afternoon consultation with the Ayurvedic physician. Overnight at Resort.

Day 2 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight at Resort.

Day 3 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Afternoon a half-day tour of Trivandrum City. Overnight at Resort.

Day 4 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Afternoon is at leisure. Evening enjoy a boat cruise on Thiruvallam backwaters and visit a traditional Kerala home. Overnight at Resort.

Day 5 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Afternoon is at leisure. Evening visit Kalari the traditional Kerala health and body care centre. Overnight at Resort.

Day 6 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Later excursion to Kanya Kumari (Cape Comorin). View the panoramic sunset and return back to resort. Overnight at Resort.

Day 7 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax on the beaches. Overnight at Resort.

Day 8 : KOVALAM
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax on the beaches. Overnight at Resort.

Day 9 : DEPART KOVALAM - TRIVANDRUM
Today you are transferred to the Trivandrum airport to board your flight for onward journey.
