Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic rejuvenation
massage. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight at Resort.
Day 3 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage.
Afternoon a half-day tour of Trivandrum City. Overnight at Resort.
Day 4 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage.
Afternoon is at leisure. Evening enjoy a boat cruise on Thiruvallam
backwaters and visit a traditional Kerala home. Overnight at Resort.
Day 5 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage.Afternoon
is at leisure. Evening visit Kalari the traditional Kerala health and body
care centre. Overnight at Resort.

6 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Later
excursion to Kanya Kumari (Cape Comorin). View the panoramic sunset and
return back to resort. Overnight at Resort.
Day 7 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of
the day is at leisure to relax on the beaches. Overnight at Resort.
Day 8 : In Kovalam
Morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by Ayurvedic massage. Rest of
the day is at leisure to relax on the beaches. Overnight at Resort.
Day 9 : Depart Kovalam - Trivandrum
Today you are transferred to the Trivandrum airport to board your flight
for onward journey.
