excellent tiger reserve in India. There is a beautiful Siliserh Lake running
along this wooden valley. The place became a Tiger reserve in 1979, after be
declared as a sanctuary in 1955. Spread across a vast territory of more than
765.80 sq. km, this sanctuary has diverse flora & fauna.
Famous for its fierce yet alluring tigers, the reserve also relishes good
population of Leopard, Panther, Hyena, Jungle Cat, Civet, Sambhar, Chinkara,
four horned Antelope and Porcupine. This dry deciduous forest offers you
endless opportunities to explore Indian wildlife, in its reality.
